My philosophy hinges on the idea that health includes much more than what we put in our mouths. Sleep, stress, relationships and exercise all affect our health.
Although my coaching is individual, my overarching themes are similar for my clients. I want my clients to feel beautiful and strong everyday. My general guidelines include the following suggestions:
– eat mindfully, and focus on food that helps you feel your best;
– include physical activity that makes you feel great;
– spend time with people around whom you can be yourself;
– be kind to your body and soul.
